Student

The student role gives you access to your eligible published learner records. Use Everything of mine for your own portal records. The school controls publication and which portal areas are available.

Activate your account

  1. Open the latest invitation sent to your own email address.
  2. Set your password and complete the required sign-in steps.
  3. Sign in. The dashboard shows Notices and Your profile.
  4. In the sidebar, under My school, select Everything of mine.
  5. On the My school page, check your name, admission number, status, and campus.
  6. Select the required area.

The default sidebar shows these entries:

Select Download profile on the dashboard to print your own student record. Use account recovery and security for an expired invitation, forgotten password, or two-factor recovery. Ask the school for help when your account is Suspended or Archived. Account state and enrollment state are separate.

Read academic records

AreaWhat to do
ResultsCheck the subject, term, score, and approval date of each approved result.
AttendanceCheck the date and recorded attendance state.
TimetableRead the published schedule for the applicable period and date.
SyllabiRead the published teaching outline and topics.
DocumentsOpen published report cards and the issued transcript when available.
School calendarReview events and closure days addressed to your context.
NoticesRead messages addressed to you and complete any required acknowledgement.

Results shows only approved results. A mark that the school is still checking is not shown. Working marks and pending corrections are not official published results. An issued report card remains fixed until the school issues a new revision. A draft timetable or syllabus is not your published schedule or outline. See family portal instructions for area visibility and enrollment eligibility.

Review money and optional services

Open Invoices and payments to read your account statement. It shows Still owed, Credit held, and every invoice with its issue date, due date, total, and balance. The statement is read-only. The portal has no online checkout. Follow the school's payment process and ask for help with an unexplained balance.

When the school enables them, review Library, Boarding, Graduation progress, and Programmes. Library shows the books you have borrowed, their due dates, and your reservations. Staff perform lending operations at the desk. Graduation progress does not perform graduation automatically. An absent area means that its campus feature, area setting, or eligibility needs review.

Ask the school to review a record

  1. Open Requests for your learner record.
  2. Under Ask the school, enter What you need.
  3. Select the Kind of request.
  4. In More detail (optional), explain the record, date or period, and help you need.
  5. Select Send.
  6. Under What you have asked for, read the state and the school's later response.

The kinds are Document request, Correction request, Appointment request, and Acknowledgement. The states are Sent, Being looked at, Answered, Declined, and Withdrawn. A request does not change a grade, attendance entry, invoice, or document by itself. Use Take back for an open request you no longer need. Follow request instructions for limits and request states.

Check access and report a problem

Your student role does not permit staff grading, admissions, payments, or other learners' records. Other learners' portal pages and staff pages such as Students and Gradebooks show "Not open to you". A page address or copied download link does not establish access. Archived enrollments are excluded from the portal. The current middleware also restricts graduated student accounts; ask the school about continued access after graduation.
